Accuracy & no warranties

We work hard at accuracy — the sourcing rules are public on the Methodology and Editorial Policy pages. But filings get amended, share prices move by the minute, and litigation outcomes change what a figure means after we publish it. Everything here is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Verify current filings and figures yourself before relying on anything published here for a decision that matters to you.

Not investment or financial advice

We report what SEC filings say — compensation figures, share counts, transaction details. We do not characterize insider transactions as bullish or bearish, and nothing on this site is investment, financial, or legal advice. If you need advice on a financial or legal decision, talk to a licensed professional.

Intellectual property

The Paper Trail Grade™ name, our methodology presentation, and our original text and data compilations belong to Fame Ranker. Want to cite a figure or quote an excerpt? Go ahead, with attribution and a link — that’s what the sourcing is for. Wholesale reproduction needs permission. Third-party filings, trademarks, and company names belong to their respective owners, not us.

No affiliate relationships

Fame Ranker runs no affiliate links, ads, or sponsorships, and nobody pays us to publish or omit a figure. See our Editorial Policy for what that independence actually means in practice.
